Ordering and Tracking Delivery

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation at your provided email address and on your Account. When the order is packed, processed, and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment and keep an eye on your delivery.

Where is my order shipped?

The order is shipped directly to your Shipping Address. If this is not possible, the package is sent to the nearest postal agent, and you will receive an SMS notification from UPS/DHL at your provided phone number.

Can I modify my placed order?

If you notice that your order is incorrect, contact us directly so that the order can be modified before it is dispatched from our warehouse. If your order has been delivered, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping through our online store. If you want to return your order, you may be responsible for the cost unless the error with the order is on our end.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay with Swish, debit/credit card, or invoice with or without installment payments.

Do you collect and store my payment information?

We neither collect nor store any of your payment information. This is handled solely by Qvickly as our payment providers. Thus, we have no access to your personal information.
